We are a tour operator working out of Battaramulla, on the eastern edge of Colombo. For ten years we have been taking visitors around Sri Lanka: the rock fortress at Sigiriya and the cave temples at Dambulla, the temple and lake at Kandy, the tea country above Nuwara Eliya, the train down to Ella, the national park at Yala, and the coast at Mirissa, Galle and Trincomalee.

In that time we have hosted around 1,500 travellers on roughly 500 tours. Most of them arrived knowing one or two places they wanted to see and left having seen rather more, because the person driving them knew what was worth the detour.

We would rather talk you out of a bad itinerary than sell you one.

What we actually do

Guided round tours of 7, 10 and 14 days; tailor-made itineraries built around your own dates and interests; airport pick-up and drop-off; cultural and historical sightseeing; wildlife safaris and village experiences; hill country and scenic journeys; beach and coastal tours; hiking, camping and motorcycle routes; and custom transport with travel guidance for travellers who want to move at their own pace.

How we work

You travel in a private vehicle with your own driver-guide, not in a coach with thirty strangers. There is no fixed price list, because a fair quotation depends on when you travel, how many of you there are, where you want to go and where you want to sleep. So we talk first, write the route, then quote — and the first conversation costs nothing.
